Legality of Hemp Products ?

Hemp-derived THCa flower is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, which legalized hemp and hemp-derived products containing no more than 0.3% Delta 9 THC on a dry weight basis.

Because THCa is not the same compound as Delta 9 THC, high-THCa flower can comply with federal law as long as the actual Delta 9 content stays at or below that 0.3% threshold. All of our products are tested at DEA-accredited labs and include a Certificate of Analysis confirming compliance.

That said, state laws vary. Some states have moved to restrict or ban THCa flower specifically. Before ordering, it's worth checking the hemp laws in your state. We list the states we currently cannot ship to on our Shipping Policy page.

Delta 9 gummies derived from hemp are also federally legal under the same Farm Bill, provided each serving complies with the 0.3% limit. Our Delta 9 gummies are formulated to stay within federal guidelines.
